Honoring Our Customers
The Customer Excellence Awards are Message Systems' opportunity to recognize customers for their successes and achievements, and to thank them for their continued support and use of Message Systems products and services.
Launched in 2013, the winners are announced and recognized each year at Insight, our annual user conference. Both customers and members of the Message Systems team may submit nominations for this year's awards, so if you or someone you know is doing something incredible with one of our products, let us know!
2015 Customer Excellence Award Categories
Categories may vary slightly from year to year as the industry evolves and as our focus aligns with current email trends. Below are the categories for this year's awards.
Product Improvement Award:
Awarding the customer that has contributed to product development by providing direct feedback and insights to Message Systems.
Rookie of the Year Award:
Recognizing the customer who has achieved extraordinary success through a recent implementation of Message Systems solution.
Recognizing the customer whose innovative use of a Message Systems solution delivers immeasurable benefits to their organization.
Lifetime Achievement Award:
Honoring the customer who has built a longstanding relationship with Message Systems, our team and our products and services.
Past Winners Include:
All nominations are assessed by an experienced panel of judges comprised of five members of the Message Systems team. The panel includes at least two executives, and one representative each from Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success.
Winners will be announced live at Insight on November 4, 2015 during the Customer Excellence Awards Ceremony.
