HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM: Refer a company that signs a legally binding contract by March 31, 2008 and you will automatically win a Wii Ninentodo Game Console. Each time a company you refer to Message Systems signs a legally binding contract you get a Wii. If for any reason you company does not allow gifts to be received by employees for referrals we will be happy to donate the Wii to a legally recognized charity of your chose to use or donate as they see fit.

To submit a referral go to www.messagesystems.com/wii.html and provide all the information requested. When a contract is signed by a company you referred you will be notified within 45 business days.

Message Systems is not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects in part or whole, delays in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for any technical or non-technical network, telephonic, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate or partial transmission of or failure to receive referral information by Message Systems on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any web site or any combination thereof. Message Systems is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program, or for late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or altered information. All information provided become Message System's property and will not be returned. Message Systems reserves the right to cancel temporarily or permanently the electronic method of the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program entries if it becomes technically corrupted.

DISQUALIFICATION: All of your entries in this and all other contests/programs sponsored by Message Systems in the past, present, or future, will be automatically disqualified without notice or recourse if you promote the Contest through unsolicited commercial Email, multiple repetitive postings to UseNet Newsgroups or even one posting to inappropriate UseNet Newsgroups or any other violation of an acceptable use policy. Any act deemed unacceptable will prevent you from entering any future contest/programs sponsored by Message Systems and plus we will automatically revoke your access to the Message Systems web site.

All of your entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Message Systems, if you attempt (i) to enter the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or to disrupt the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program. If either of the above occurs, Message Systems has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ELIGIBILITY: All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the closing date of the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program may participate in this Message Systems Wii-ferral Program. By entering this Message Systems Wii-ferral Program you represent to Message Systems that you are either at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent/guardian. Employees of Message Systems and its immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this Message Systems Wii-ferral Program. By providing referral information in the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program the participant grants Message Systems permission to use his/her name (including screen name) and likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Unaccepted prizes may not be awarded. This Message Systems Wii-ferral Program is subject to these complete and Official Rules.

NOTIFICATION: Participant winners will be notified by e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided on the Message Systems website at the time the referral was submitted. Message Systems is under no obligation to notify participant winners by any means other than e-mail. If a Wii-ferral Program's Message Systems profile is no longer active, notification will be sent to the last known e-mail address. Message Systems is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that are no longer correct. If a potential participant winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 1 business day from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the forfeit of the prize.

REDEMPTION: Message Systems will deliver the prizes as follows: All Prizes. Each prize will be shipped to the appropriate participant winner's home address. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by Message Systems, who also reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

CONDITIONS: By participating in the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program, you agree to release and hold Message Systems and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This Message Systems Wii-ferral Program is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Message Systems and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Message Systems Wii Love Our Customer Referral Program or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Message Systems Wii-ferral Program, including, but not limited to, selecting participant winners, will be made by Message Systems, whose decisions shall be final. Participant winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
