We offer a range of courses to help our customers to quickly achieve ROI with our solutions. With a complete understanding of the technology that drives our portfolio, your team will be able to minimize deployment time, maximize returns and reduce administration costs.

We offer online training as well as live, instructor-led training at our Columbia, Maryland Training Facility. You can schedule any of our live courses so that they suit your schedule. We'll also conduct on-site training at your office or another preferred location.

A few of the standard Message Systems training options are shown below, but we can also provide training customized to your specific needs.

Getting Started with Momentum 3.X

Target Audience: Systems Administrators, Operations and Support Personnel and Developers

This course is intended to be a “quick start” introduction to the Message Systems message management platform, Momentum. We demonstrate Momentum installation and configuration and discuss key Momentum concepts including: Bindings, Queues and Logs. Since Momentum configuration typically changes with customer needs, we illustrate best practices for modifying the configuration using Momentum's configuration repository. We include demonstrations of configuring and using FBL, DKIM and custom logging.

Momentum 3.X Training for Administrators

Target Audience: Systems Administrators, Operations and Support Personnel and Developers

This course provides participants with a “deep dive” into the features, functionality, usability and administration of the Message Systems Momentum platform. This course provides participants with an overview of Momentum's core subsystems, architecture, flexibility and extensibility. In addition, we present participants with content and demonstrations including configuring Momentum, using Momentum's clustering capabilities for providing active/active failover, reading and understanding Momentum's various logs and incorporating policy scripting with Lua. We discuss traffic shaping to promote e-mail deliverability via both Momentum configuration as well as through Adaptive Delivery. Additional topics covered include Momentum's bounce handling facilities, using Momentum's system console and Web User Interface, and improving deliverability using IP segmentation, feedback loops, DK/DKIM signing, unsubscribes, seedlist integration and more.

Introduction to Message Central 3.X

Target Audience: Marketing Personnel, List Managers, Content Creators and Developers

This course introduces participants to the key functionality of Message Central (MC) and modes of operation. Incorporating “live” demonstrations throughout the presentation, this course guides participants through creation and scheduling of a mailing using the MC User Interface (UI) and familiarizes you with other important components of the UI. We also discuss personalization, list creation, segmentation and other topics.

Advanced Message Central 3.X

Target Audience: Systems administrators and developers that are responsible for administering the Message Central platform and need to write applications to the REST API.

This course is a follow-up course to Introduction to Message Central 3.X This introduces you to the Message Central (MC) platform and provides a thorough understanding of its functionality with all modes of operation. The course provides an overview of the Message Central platform, its architecture, configuration, modes of operation and core subsystems. Advanced topics include writing robust applications to the MC REST API, triggered mailings, as well as writing custom applications for the MC UI.

Message Scope 1.2 UI Introduction

Target Audience: Systems Administrators, Deliverability Managers, Customer Care Managers and Representatives

This course introduces you to the Message Scope application and its capabilities. The Message Scope User Interface (UI) is reviewed to include demonstrations on searching for messages and reviewing message disposition, controlling remediation of IP and/or e-mail addresses for future message delivery and exporting message disposition data to an external file.

Message Scope 1.2 UI Administration

Target Audience: Systems Administrators, Deliverability Managers, and Customer Care Managers

This course is a follow-up course to the Message Scope 1.2 UI Introduction course for those individuals who are responsible for managing the administration components of the Message Scope UI to include adding and modifying users and their roles, auditing activities of end users and managing the remediation lists that are available for use in the Message Scope UI.
