Advanced Cluster Management

Only Message Systems offers the true active-active clustering capabilities that allow you to manage numerous email servers - even in geographically diverse areas - from a single interface. Clustering provides high-availability and performance by sharing the workload across multiple nodes, and simplifies operations by letting you apply configuration changes on the fly, to the entire cluster simultaneously.

Adding advanced cluster management to your solution enables the Momentum platform to respond to delivery issues automatically, thereby reducing the impact on your staff while freeing up existing infrastructure resources for other purposes.

IP Warm-up

Give new customers or campaigns a deliverability advantage right out of the gate by strengthening your solution with IP warm-up functionality. IP warm-up allows Momentum to automate the use of new IP addresses and ensure they have a good sending reputation. The module lets you associate a sending IP with virtually any data element - segment, campaign, business unit, domain name, etc. - and regulate the initial sending quantities to avoid damaging the reputation of that IP address with receiving service providers.

Live Bounce Updates

Find out right away why undelivered messages aren’t getting through by making sure you receive the latest, most accurate bounce rules within hours of ISP changes. With Live Bounce Updates, bounce processing moves from being a standalone tool to a networked resource. As a subscriber to Live Bounce Updates, unclassified bounces are automatically sent to Message Systems, researched, classified, and pushed back to you as part of a new bounce file directory. This happens several times a day, every day - so the service is truly live.

Adaptive Delivery

Message Scope enables users to determine the disposition of any message and find out precisely why it may have been rejected. It also allows administrators to take corrective action or implement new rules based on that intelligence. This module integrates with existing web-based customer support systems for streamlined troubleshooting and message tracking that reduces the complexity and costs of your email operations.
