The Message Systems Referral Program is designed to reward agents who promote our solutions, and provide Message Systems sales teams with genuine opportunities to pursue.
Over the years a lot of agents have understood the power of the Message Systems solutions and recommended them to clients who in turn want to benefit from our solutions. With this in mind Message Systems wants to incentivize these Referral Agents to continue to promote our solutions. The process is designed to be low impact and make sure that the experience of our sales team is used to support your promotional activities.
An approved Referral Agent can identify, qualify and pass opportunities to Message Systems' sales team, and receive commission once this opportunity is closed.
The simple lead registration process that follows ensures that the referring entity can be assured of commitment from Message Systems, and that Message Systems can ensure that only new and genuine opportunities are brought to us.
Step 1 Referral Agent executes the Message Systems Referral Program Agreement and sends it to partners@messagesystems.com. This agreement will then be counter-signed by Message Systems and returned to the Referral Agent. Message Systems reserves the right not to execute an agreement with certain entities.
Step 2 Once an opportunity has been identified by the Referral Agent, an email is sent to partners@messagesystems.com to request registration of the opportunity. This email should include relevant details (customer name, contact persons, outline application or requirement and product of interest). A representative from Message Systems will reply within 72 hours with confirmation of successful registration. The objective of this process is to ensure only new and genuine leads are provided to our business. No commissions will be paid to a Referral Agent without an email confirmation from a Message Systems representative.
Step 3 Referral Agent and assigned Message Systems sales representative perform a call to transfer detailed information and understand the opportunity landscape.
Step 4 Message Systems sales representative will own and manage the opportunity throughout and can update the Referral Agent upon request.
Step 5 At the conclusion of the sales process (contract signing), Message Systems will inform the Referral Agent of the successful closure, and commission payments will be provided as per the contract.
A Referral Agent can register as many leads as they like. However, if after the first call by a Message Systems sales representative it is established that the lead is not genuine, then the Referral Agent will be informed that this account is not locked in until they re-register, and a genuine lead is established.
