Enterprise Software Sales Executive - Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Regions
Message Systems is currently seeking an Enterprise Software Sales Representative for both our North East and Mid-Atlantic regions. The ideal candidate must be energetic and a highly motivated team player and will be an integral part of the sales team in our growing enterprise software company.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Track record of sales success in the email (or related) software field and building highly effective interpersonal relationships in business partnering situations.
- Demonstrative track record of closing deals and meeting quotas.
- Ability to clearly & comfortably discuss a wide variety of products and technologies.
- Experienced in interfacing with "C" level clients.
- Excellent knowledge & ability to handle the entire sales life cycle including tracking/updating accounts, forecasting sales activities and providing weekly/monthly feedback to the Director of Sales & VP of Field Operations.
- Effectively & simultaneously manage multiple projects at various stages of the sales process of product and solutions.
- At least 10 years of Sales & Business development in US markets selling software solutions to Fortune 1000 Companies. Responsible for generating revenue of $2+M per year.
- Strong new business development, client relationship management and sales forecasting expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree
- 5+ years of direct "Enterprise Software Sales" experience.
- Experience selling into Information Technology as well as Marketing.
- Existing established email industry will be heavily weighed.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas with targets in excess of $2 M.
